Refund policy

VoltScent™ wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:

•  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
•  Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable items:

• Used or damaged products
•  Items damaged due to misuse
  

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
